I’m Tristan Leavens, a Monaco-based entrepreneur, chef, and creator born and raised in Canada, with Moldovan roots. Currently studying at the International University of Monaco, I bring a multicultural perspective shaped by culture, discipline, and a deep respect for craft.
My journey bridges two demanding worlds. The intensity and precision of professional kitchens, and the strategic, long-term thinking of business and entrepreneurship. That combination defines how I work, create, and lead.
