My current projects
Personal Brand Development
I am actively building my personal brand as a Monaco-based entrepreneur at the intersection of business, hospitality, sport, and philanthropy.
This includes content creation, public speaking, event hosting, endurance challenges, and strategic networking within Monaco’s international ecosystem. The goal is not visibility for its own sake, but credibility built through action, consistency, and results.
This platform serves as the foundation for future ventures, partnerships, and long-term initiatives.
Tristop’s Kitchen
Tristop’s Kitchen is my culinary content brand, developed over four years of hands-on work and experimentation.
After several years of consistent posting, I took a longer break than planned. During that time, I stepped back to reassess my approach. I realized that much of my early content was focused on replicating existing recipes rather than truly understanding technique, nutrition, and the fundamentals behind great food.
That pause was necessary.
As soon as I relaunch Tristop’s Kitchen, the focus shifts toward premium-quality content built around real learning, not imitation. The goal is to create food that is nutritious, functional, and well-executed, paired with content that reflects precision and intention.

Endurance & Performance Projects
Endurance sport is a long-term commitment, not a one-off challenge.
I am currently training for an Ironman 70.3 in Muskoka, Canada, supported by structured running and cycling throughout the year. My endurance work also includes long-distance cycling projects such as the 200km+ Ride to Conquer Cancer, with additional goals that include marathons and high-intensity hybrid competitions like HYROX.
These projects are not about aesthetics or social media. They are about discipline, resilience, and pushing personal limits in a measurable way.
Sport is where I test myself daily. The lessons transfer directly into business and life.

PMCF Fundraising Initiative
I am actively involved with the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation through the Ride to Conquer Cancer event.
In March, I will be hosting a private charity lunch in Monaco in collaboration with Club Vivanova. The event brings together a curated group of professionals to raise funds for cancer research in an intimate, high-impact setting.
This initiative reflects my belief that ambition should extend beyond personal success. Every dollar raised supports world-class cancer research and patient care.
100% of all proceeds raised and collected go directly to the foundation. This work I do is not driven by profit, but by a genuine commitment to give back to a cause that matters deeply to me.
